Before discoreving ScummLinux i was about to burn a regular 650MB iso with all my games (sound already compressed), planning to play directly from this cd on any computer.
Then i though it'll be neat if this cd also contained an isolinux.
But, with zftree, one -say M$- user won't be able to run games directly from CD (i mean without rebooting to ScummLinux, using the version of scummvm already installed)
And anyway i'd just like to have a classic backup CD of my games (readable without zftree support).
So basicaly i'd like to have the game dir uncompressed and i know it's only 650 MB.
If the rest of the iso is less than 50 MB it'll be fine.
What is the size of an uncompressed ScummLinux without ant game ?

Can you also add options for default graphic filter, aspect ratio correction etc.? Most of the ScummVM options would make sense here as well.
And can you autodetect a wavetable on mpu401 and use it if present and else use adlib?
I hope the next version will work for me.

I'll add an option for aspect ratio correction. Graphic filter should not be changed because it uses a specific resolution, and it can't be changed in framebuffer.

Hello,
I'd like to build a ScummLinux iso that doesn't use zftree.
I guess the only way is to rebuild 'generator'.
I'm currenlty browsing the source code and think i can do that by removing the 'mkzftree' part and the '-z' option of 'mkisofs' in the 'iso' script...
Can ScummLinux run without zftee ?
Am i going the right way ?
Do you plan to add an '-nozftree' option to 'generator' ?
Thanks !
Yes it can run without zftree, but why ? :)
It saves quite a lot of space !
why ?

Hmm yes, I think this may be a good reason :)
I'm finalizing 0.3.1 so I'll include this option.
ScummLinux is ~3Mb without any game.
Thanks for all the good work !
And BTW, really great Project !
Sorry i had to introduce myself with a 'this-feature-is missing' comment...
