Initial Comment:
Currently, when a comment or text box is stretched horizontally in one direction, it stretches symmetrically in the other direction as well. That is quite awkward, no automatic symmetric stretching should take place for the user to position the comment (or text) box just as expected.

The goal of this task (rather an improvement than a feature request) is to disallow such automatic symmetric stretching.
