Summary: Implicit Time Intervals

Initial Comment:
It should be possible to define implicit time intervals in the Visio interface. Minimal requirement is that the time between a send event and the corresponding recieve event is configurable. Then, when an interval is absent in the drawing, the configured value is used by checking algorithms.

I think the most reasonable wolud be to implement transformer for adding
implicit time intervals to MSC drawing. I will send an email to other
SCStudio developers, to find out wheteher they have better idea. If no I
will start implementing this functionality.

Eg. add an interval with a default value when creating a new message...
or an automatic transformer adding default time intervals...
