#54 SCStudio module for LibreOffice Draw

There's been a substantial advancement in LibreOffice Draw for support of VSD, VSDX file import/save and VSS stencils handling as well; even if for example the graph connections seem not handled perfecly yet.

What about extending the SCStudio capabilities to LibreOffice Draw with dedicated modules?
