#2 Drag&drop issue on Android

For some reason the drag&drop functionality gets f?cked up on Android if the user scrolls down through a large set of rewrite rules. A bug report has been opened towards the uikit framework which has been used to realize the small Scrupless rewrite site: https://github.com/uikit/uikit/issues/3083
