Scrum Time - Drag/Drop Backog Editor Implemented

The latest code drop of Version 0.5 20081118 has been deployed to scrumtime.net.

The backlog editor now supports drag/drop capability. This allows backlog items to be dragged to release or sprint backlogs from one screen. View the 0.5 implemented features or view the scrumtime.net home page for details.
