This is a bug fix release. Here are the more important bugs fixed:
- RPM update problem from 0.1.1 upwards fixed
- de, tr messages and translated trees added
- anchor tag related problem fixed
- -W flag added to the CVS build and all the warnings fixed
- sk.po updated
- OMF category set to a value not being in the tree so that the
Scrollkeeper doc does not get installed in the Scrollkeeper database as
it is incomplete
