[Scrollkeeper-announce] ScrollKeeper 0.3.1 Released (Developers only)

ScrollKeeper 0.3.1, the second release in the unstable development series,
is now available for your testing and development pleasure.

New in this release:
  * Now uses intltool instead of xml-i18n-tools.
  * New TODO file which lists many of the top bugs and tasks which need to
    be done, as well as some less high-priority ones.
  * More detailed log entries, including time and date stamps and log
    entries for more document registration and unregistration events.
  * Several updated translations.
  * Log file now tracks @localstatedir@.
  * Added man page for scrollkeeper.conf and updated some older man pages.
  * Fixed bug where RPM didn't remove ScrollKeeper log files when
    ScrollKeeper is uninstalled.
