#135 Scrollkeeper 0.3.15-pre1 'catatlogcode' undeclared

Dear, I want to build scrollkeeper, and I already use
the scrollkeeper-0.3.14 and scrollkeeper-0.3.15-pre1,
it also have the same error like that:

I check in here, and author said it will fixed in next
version and try to use CVS to update the new one, but
when I get the source with CVS, it have no "configure"
inside it, so it can not configure the source, can
anyone solved this problem. please give me a hand, thanks.
