This release is a port of the earlier Oracle-focused code to Postgres. Along the way, the handling of XML and DB connections have been cleaned-up. The W3C XML Inclusion standard, XInclude, has been adopted for including any XML element or text and programmatic access to connections has been split from the execution context into a connection factory.
