I have uploaded a prerelease (Files/Test) which contains the new function saveAllGraphs for ScriptPlotWidget and ScriptPlotWindow. You can find an explanation of this function in the manual.

the "win.removeDataRangeFromGraph" has gone ?, have you replaced it with something more standardized ?

Sorry my fault,
When the first point for a new graf was in - i set the point and cleared the graf.
Its better to cler the graf and set the first point..

Is it possible to setup file and press the save button on Plotwidget from the script ?
No you can't do that at the moment.
But I could add it this weekend and upload a prerelease if you want.
