    Hi,

I'm facing a problem that I don't understand : the search strings part of my settings config file keeps getting bigger and bigger, filled with "mir". To the point that it slow downs the load of the config by several seconds.

<searchConsole directionDownRadioButton="0" lastSearchStrings="mir;mir;mir;mir;mir;mir;mir;mir;mir;mir;mir;mir;mir;mir;mir;mir;mir;mir;mir;mir;mir;mir;mir...... and it goes on and on and on.

I don't know why the search history is acting like that because I never search text in the console.
Once in a while I edit the file to remove all the "mir" but they keep coming back.

    Thanks for your help.

PS: I'm on holidays. I will check this when I'm back.

    Best regards,
    Stefan

    Hi,

I cannot see this behavior on my PC (Windows 10 and Kubuntu) but I have added some additional checks (maybe this helps). Can you test the SC executable in the attachment please?

    Best regards,
    Stefan

    Hi,
After several days of use it seems that it did the trick.
I do not see any "mir" in the config file.

    Thanks a lot.
