writeFile in different coding than windows (system) are set

is it possible to write a String to a utf-8 coding file?

I found in the forum the new function stringToUtf8Array and then write over writeBinaryFile.

Hi,

if you use writeBinaryFile then your utf-8 bytes (from stringToUtf8Array) should be written directly into the file.
