Config files could not be opened/written if contains accentuated characters

Bonjour,
Thanks for your work on ScriptCommunicator again. After all these years, I finally found a bug (my trainee did, in fact).
The config files could not be opened if the directory contains accentuated characters.
For example : the user directory, or a sub-directory.

Tested with : ScriptCommunicator 5.18, portable version, Windows 11 22H2 64 bits (in french).

thx for your bug report. Can you please post one path that did not work (I don't know how to create those characters with my German keyboard).

My test path : C:\Users\Pascal\Documents\àdiréctörywïthâccénts\confïgfîle.config

The initial case : C:\Users\Léa\Documents\ScriptCommunicator\initialSettingsWin.config

finally I had the time to look at the bug. It is fixed in the current version of ScriptCommunicator (05.20).
