#11 Added minute-granularity to time-based log rotate for stores
The stable distribution allows time-based rotation values to be never, daily, and hourly. I have need of them to be rotated every X minutes as well, where X < 60. To enable this, in the scribe config file, set rotate_period=minutely and then set rotate_minute_interval to some value. If rotate_minute_interval is omitted, or is not >0 && <60, it will default to 15, meaning the log file will rotate every 15 minutes at 0, 15, 30, and 45.
