Scribbler Commenting System / News: Recent posts

A small error on my part has caused the Scribbler administration panel to fail when register_globals is off. This will be fixed in the next release.

For now, Scribbler will not have version #s, but instead, I will make releases named after the date whenever I make a significant change.
