#11 Splitting the accidentals preferences

The sliders affect both

* the note range above and below the center note to
be trained
* if shaps and flats will be included in training

It would be nice, if both settings could be set each
for itself, so training notes out of the five common
lines does not automatically cause sharps and flats
to appear

Furthermore, I'd (of course. I'm too greedy, I know
;-) like to configure the amount of sharps and flats
to be appear independetly.

OK, this is a wish for 2.0 :) .
