Read Me

ScreenBreak is a simple script that presents a pop-up window on a periodic
basis to remind you to look away from the screen.

It features 60 pre-loaded quotes of which it chooses one at random to insert
into the pop-up.

To install:
- Download Screen_Break.vbs.txt (or pull from the Git repository)
- Remove the .txt extension. This measure is to avoid Microsoft warnings about
scripts from external sources. Please review the contents of the script or ask
someone you trust to do so if you are concerned about it's functionality.
- Place the script in your start-up folder. For Windows 7 Users, this is:
C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

- Log off and on again to initialise the script.
