I created a tessdata file for a font used in a video game. (Galactic Basic font)
I'm unable to set any substitutions. It consistently shows U instead of G and 7 instead of R but the substitutions do not save.
I tested outside of program files and in admin mode. Still isn't saving it. There's a CSV file that is blank. Can you give me the syntax and I'll add them manually until the update?

"<language>","<source text>","<changed text>" <language> is a tesseract language code. It can be taken from its file names: "tessdata/<language>.traineddata". Usually it's an ISO 639-3 code

I also want to add ;,DA for the letter G (I wish I had a better way to train this font)
Try to run app as administrator or move the app folder to somewhere outside of "program files". I'll fix it in the next version.

Thanks. I rebuilt my traineddata file to include the unicharambigs.
I'll try this if that didn't do this trick.
Starting from 3.0.0. user substitutions are stored in registry or in ".ini" file (in portable mode)
It should work now anyway
