#24 Menus I'd Like To Disable

Don't get me wrong. I *LOVE* Screem. However, I'd like
to make my use of it a little simpler. I wish Screem
had a way that I could turn off certain menu items that
I do not ever use:

File\Work Offline
Edit\Editable Regions
Edit\Select Context
Edit\Select Element Content
Insert (all)
Tools (all)
Documents (all)

I don't even mind if I had to edit an XML file to
achieve this affect.

/usr/share/screem/ui/screem-window-menu.xml

remove the corresponding <menuitem />

Insert, Tools, Documents is problematic as items get added
here by code.

You lose the keyboard shortcuts as well, which would be a
problem for select context / select element content if you
work with xml / html files a lot rather than php etc.
