#19 Customizable toolbar entries

I'd like to be able to define & add my own custom toolbar entries in
Screem, to hold any combination of code & text.

Arachnophilia (http://www.arachnoid.com/arachnophilia/index.html)
has had this for years, but the old one is Windows only and the "new"
one hasn't been updated in 2 years, plus it's a kludgy slow Java app.

However, it's got excellent support for customizing toolbar entries &
whole toolbars. Want to save a dozen frequently-used fragments of
code? Build a toolbar with them in, and paste them whereever with
one click.

No other editor I've ever seen has had this feature, and I'd love to
see something similar added to Screem.
