Hey, I am just trying to run the GLM/DCM models using SCRalyze but I am a beginner to MATLAB and have very little computer science experience. I think I can import the data (32 Biotrace+ files) well but when I run the models I always get some error or another. I also am still confused on what a "multiple condition file" is. All of my subjects received the same condition. Some help on how I can analyze and view the data would be so helpful! Thank you!

here are a few tips, and on top of that, the manual provided with the software might also be helpful.
To display the data, there is a drop-down menu on the right-hand side of the red GUI box. I would advise to look at the data first, to see whether import went right.
To calculate a model, you need to give the software some information on your design. Much of this is to be contained in a file, which we sometimes call "multiple condition file" (even if it contains only a single condition). In this *.mat file, you tell the code at what time point in the data file you want to model an event, and what type of event (i. e. which condition) this event was. See the FAQ for more explanation: http://scralyze.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php/Frequently_asked_questions#How_do_I_construct_a_regressor_file_for_GLM.3F
We are working hard towards a new GUI that contains a lot of help texts to make things easier but it will take a few more months.
Best
