#24 Legend

The legend needs to be drawn *after* the IDrawables.
If you put the legend inside the graph area you dont
want the IDrawables writing over it.

Also, Legend doesnt draw properly when you start moving
it around to other corners. If you draw it on the
bottom right, it is drawn too far to the right and
draws over the rightmost y-axis.
