#705 Doesn't load full file with full formulas in Excel 2003 on Windows 8.1

Main page of this project says it works with Excel 2003 but I had to download an add-on/patch thing from MS for "compatibility with newer file formats" to even open it and then once it opened it gives me an error message saying that there were too many nested formulas and overlapping conditional zones for this version and those parts won't function.
