MacCRO X is an oscilloscope and spectrum analyser which captures data from sound input devices. It currently supports Mac OS X 10.2; support for X11 (via GNUstep) is planned for a future release.

This is an alpha release; it is not yet feature-complete, but is usable. Version 0.1.2 adds grids and scale captions, major enhancements to the spectrum analyser, PDF image capture, and some minor bug fixes and UI improvements.
