#14 Use PicoContainer for component mgmt

Hi,

Please consider using PicoContainer in the Scope 2.0
rewrite. http://picocontainer.codehaus.org.

I'm asking for this partly for selfish reasons in that I use
scope and picocontainer and want integration to be
easy. But there is also the selfless reason that using
Pico yields very good code.

Mike,

This is an interesting project, but right now i don't see
how to apply it to Scope. If you can help me to understand
PicoContainer and what it does, then it will be easier for
me to work on it.

So far, i can see PicoContainer as the manager for
Controllers: PC will configure each controller, define its
model , its view and its context, then start it and detroy it.

Do you have a sample application, it will help me a lot.
