Scons not working with Python 3.x?

Hi,

I have seen in many places (Webpage, documentation) that SCons is not compatible with Python 3.x.

However, it seems to work and in some places there is mention of Python 3.x with SCons.

How could documentation be updated?

Note that scons 3.0.0 has recently been released and it's compatible with
Python 2.7.x and 3.5+
