Initial Comment:
As requested by kazhar and by the need of our
association, it'd be nice if we can manage nopurge more
smoothly.

By the way, we should add a more generic system to add
options with comment, flag & expiration (would englobe
cantregchan, suspend and nopurge at the beginning)
