Using SCNVsim for inserting Translocations in simulated data

Hello,

I am trying to use SCNVsim to simulate some data for my research. I want to insert some trans-locations in my simulated data. I have a BED file with breakpoints information (Chr Start_location End_location). Can SCNVsim use it while generating trans locations? The whole ides is use the simulated reads and try variant callers to see if they can identify those trans-locations. Is there a possibility to do that with SCNVsim ?
