Hi I tried finding the source code in SVN because there were notices that the archive might not be up to date.
Is there a place I could dwnlaod and use this program after all?

  You can get the current SVN version by the following command:
  
  svn co https://scitepm.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/scitepm scitepm
  
  though, it is some months old, sadly there seem to be no development done for quite some time on scitepm...
