Hello Visitor ! ... Be welcome to scite_webdev (myScite)

Lets take a short flight over the Project and see what it can do for you. With me ? Okay, lets see...
First of all myScite is whats called a Fork. Forks are like Music Covers - Its that simple.
so...we all like Music - and maybe even a little more, when its good Music, from free Interprets. ! (and for free too...)
Think of Scite_webdev beein like free Music, derived from the real original ScintillaScite Sound,
created now nearly 18Years ago by Neal Hodgson. Please have a look at his Work here
Mind about that Site speaking about"Scintilla/Scite" ? Absolutely Okay.
Scintilla is simple a legend on its own. Its an Editor Component Library, born ages ago :) but lets stay easy and - just think of Scintilla as a (big) library of Helpers for now. Any sourcecode can link to Scintilla and then use some of its Functionality. This way, noone has to code eg an own CPP or CSS Parser from scratch. One could just rely on Scintilllas Implementation and focus time to do the task he came for.
.. hmm. Speaking about Tools and Time..takes me too:
Both Series are really Cool
- Just see Scites as your favorite "Acoustic Screwdriver" for your favorited Doors (Files) - to open ;)
Okay- may even a pocketKnife for all us MacGyvers in the IT Wild... And -it is round ! This Way, it fits more easiely to your Fingers :) Best of all - it allows its tools (bits) to be easy interchanged by you -so it will grow or shrink as you need.
Back to the Point - myScites aim is to be a good, lightweight and easy extendable Code Editor.
If that's what you search for - youll get a usable one, sweared by the Moon O ;)
myScites philosophy -> provide all the source Code.
Patches are published in Terms of the BSD-3-Clause License,
so everybody can enjoy the fun to fork, modify and compile myScites at home ;)
