64Bit shell.dll and gui.dll

hmmm. just did some quick fixes to the compile errors of these two guys, so they would build with mingw64.
Most of the stuff seemed to target VC6 (which i dont use). So i didnt test and such dont expect to build on VC6 plat anymore. Anyway.. previous version sources compile still fine and since noone extended them for Years now..

Anyway .. linux64 and win64 versions will be next released at [development] state. win32 will see a stable in the next days. Have a nice Day, Thorsten
