Hi Grigory & Pablo,

thanks for the fast answer - this fixed it.

I was not aware that checkboxes are part of fonts in Tk.
I made user interfaces so far mainly with the Qt creator/designer ;-)

And I do not have Discord at work and did not know which Scipion package is responsible for this for a github issue ;-)

I'd say that you do not have the fontfix for conda+tk.
 
This should fix it:

scipion3 run "conda install -y -c conda-forge tk=*=xft_*"
