Hi, I updated Scipion 3.7.1 and all by plugins by today. When I reprocessed the Scipion3 tutorial: https://scipion-em.github.io/docs/release-3.0.0/_static/pdfs/Scipion_Tutorial_Tomogram_Reconstruction.pdf At step exclude tilts after motioncor2 I realized that the exclude checkbox looks strange (see screenshot). Maybe I haven't noticed this before. Instead of a checkbox as in the tutorial it displays \u2610 or if you exclude the tilt \u2611. We work on RHEL9 with the settings in scipion.conf SCIPION_FONT_NAME = Helvetica SCIPION_FONT_SIZE = 8 the locale is: $ locale LANG=en_US.UTF-8 LC_CTYPE="en_US.UTF-8" LC_NUMERIC="en_US.UTF-8" LC_TIME="en_US.UTF-8" LC_COLLATE="en_US.UTF-8" LC_MONETARY="en_US.UTF-8" LC_MESSAGES="en_US.UTF-8" LC_PAPER="en_US.UTF-8" LC_NAME="en_US.UTF-8" LC_ADDRESS="en_US.UTF-8" LC_TELEPHONE="en_US.UTF-8" LC_MEASUREMENT="en_US.UTF-8" LC_IDENTIFICATION="en_US.UTF-8" LC_ALL= Has somebody a similar problem or which other fonts are useful for Scipion (if its a Helvetica font problem). Cheers, Wolfgang |
