Dear Chuchu, If you haven't got any replies by now, I'd suggest joining our discord channel (https://discord.gg/MXWSKvy2). You might be able to reach pyseg plugin developers there. I have installed pyseg only once (manually, it has failed via scipion) and it was not on a cluster. I might share some brief compilation instructions on Monday.
