Dear Peter,

I don't have any specific instructions for Rocky 9, I suggest you to follow
https://scipion-em.github.io/docs/release-3.0.0/docs/scipion-modes/how-to-install.html
and CentOS7 notes. If you encounter problems please do post them here.

Scipion does not provide any user management tools, so you'd have to use
standard unix acl / permissions
