[scipion-users] Relion re-group particles

Hi everyone!

When running relion jobs, I get many warnings similar to this one:
WARNING: There are only 3 particles in group 6 of half-set 1

In the relion GUI this can be fixed by re-grouping particles from the "Select" job. Is there a way to regroup particles within Scipion?
