[scipion-users] Per-particle CTF?

Hi,

I want to run per-particle CTF (or generate a gradient of CTF values across an image) on some tilted images. However, I can't find an option for this is my standard gctf - ctf estimate protocol. Could you help me locate it or let me know what plugin performs it I can download? Thanks!
