As a Guest Editor for <https://www.jove.com/> JoVE<https://www.jove.com/>,<https://www.jove.com/> I am organizing a Methods Collection titled “Best practices in the collection and processing of cryoEM data"<https://www.jove.com/methods-collections/1139>.

JoVE is the leading peer-reviewed scientific methods video journal, aimed at increasing the visibility and reproducibility of research. JoVE's team takes care of the entire process<https://www.jove.com/publish/> of filming and producing your video.

This Methods Collection will be an important record for determining structures by cryoEM and provide a reference for reproducibility within the community. I am aiming to cover both existing and new methods in the field, and I think your work would be an invaluable addition. Once complete, this collection will be distributed to a wide audience and promote collaboration to facilitate wider adoption of innovative methodologies.

The first step is to submit an abstract of 150-300 words by August 30, 2021. We will make sure it is within the scope of the collection and if so, invite a full submission and provide further instructions.
