[scipion-users] Manually rotate the 3D map created from the relion

Dear all,
I wanna manually rotate the 3D map ( created by relion) according to the exact euler angle from relion_data.star. The relion_image handler can't rotate the 3D map. The chimera can do this but I found the chimera rotation conventions is not same as relion (ZYZ). I did't find relevant protocol to do it in Scipion either. Does anyone have some ideas? Thank you so much!
