Hi Xiaogen, There's a -p missing in your command. The correct one is: scipion3 installp -p scipion-em-xmipp, but if you've installed scipion3 without xmipp, which is more than a plugin. The independent installation of xmipp requires some extra steps. You can check the instructions here --> https://github.com/I2PC/xmipp. Apart from that, I observe in the log attached that the cuda is not recognized (check if it's in environment variable LD_LIBRARY_PATH, this is the value I have --> /usr/local/cuda/lib64). And its also compaining about the MPI, but let's go step by step. First of all, try to follow the installation instructions and see how it goes, and check alse the LD_LIBRARY_PATH value.
