Hello Hongcheng, The color plot is currently not implemented in Scipion, thank you for letting me know about it. In the meantime you can use PlotOD.py script from https://www.mrc-lmb.cam.ac.uk/crusso/cryoEF/downloads.html to generat such a plot yourself.
