Hello Jorge,

Yes, or into SCIPION.

Example: — we started a project in relion.
We have some nice 2D class averages.
But the initial modelling for some reason does not work.

So I would like somehow to:

a) extract those particles (mrc // stk),
b) import them to SCIPION.
c) run initial modelling in SCIPION.
d) Export this initial model to relion and proceed.
