[scipion-users] Scipion3 stops processing with "PROTOCOL FAILED"

We use Scipion 3 to read in 2000+ micrographs and process them with
motioncor2.  Scipion 3 seems to stop processing after anywhere from 10 -
500 movies.  Error below.

This worked fine under Scipion 2.  We don't think we've made any changes to
our workflow.

Any ideas?
