Dear Yunior, Thank you very much for the answer. Yes, indeed that what I observed – if there is a connection to the cryoSPARC project then the are options of the continuation. My question the following: since for the continuation with cryoSPARC we need special cryoSPARC outputs such as motion corrections, CTF estimation patch/full, etc. will you also add them to the SCIPON cryoSPARC plugin tree? Also, for the extended functionality of SCIPION more of the 3D refinements plugins are available in the current version of cryoSPARC (3.1.0). Could you please add them to SCIPION? Additionally, 3D variability tool is quite useful to have in SCIPION. Thank you. Sincerely, Dmitry > On 4. Feb 2021, at 12:45, Yunior C. Fonseca Reyna <su...@bc...> wrote: > > Hi Dmitry, > > 1. We are working on the plugin. Currently we have made the plugin compatible with cryosPARC 3.X.X versions. The idea is to introduce other CS algorithms within Scipion. 3D variability has already started to be introduced, but is not yet available. In a future version of the plugin it will be, like the Helical Refinement. > > 2. When you launch a protocol within Scipion, a project is created in cryoSPARC with the jobs corresponding to the launched protocol(if you open the web, you can see it within the projects). Only the data of the Scipion protocols belonging to the cryosparc plugin is sent to cryoSPARC. From this data you can continue separately within CS. > > Any other questions, please write us. > > Best Regards, > Yunior > |
