Hi Mailing list for Scipion users, Ticket: https://bcucnb.freshdesk.com/helpdesk/tickets/849 Hi Dmitry, Scipion plugin scipion-em-empiar allows you to directly upload your project data to https://www.ebi.ac.uk/pdbe/emdb/empiar, as Grigory said before. Kind regards, Jorge Activo Lun, 8 Feb a 10:55 AM , Mailing list for Scipion users <sci...@li...> Escrito: Dear Dmitry, I'd suggest uploading raw movies and Scipion workflow to EMPIAR (+ local backup), maps with FSCs, masks, half-maps etc to EMDB. Of course, Scipion protocols and their options will change in the future, but I think if you know all plugins' versions you used in the workflow, it can be reproduced in future. Do you save all the files or do you save the originals and then export the workflow steps tree? Could you please share your expertise? Thank you!
