Dear Dmitry,

I'd suggest uploading raw movies and Scipion workflow to EMPIAR (+ local
backup), maps with FSCs, masks, half-maps etc to EMDB.

Of course, Scipion protocols and their options will change in the future,
but I think if you know all plugins' versions you used in the workflow,
it can be reproduced in future.
