Hi Dmitry,     1. We are working on the plugin. Currently we have made the plugin compatible with cryosPARC 3.X.X versions.  The idea is to introduce other CS algorithms within Scipion. 3D variability has already started to  be introduced, but is not yet available. In a future version of the plugin it will be, like the Helical Refinement.     2. When you launch a protocol within Scipion, a project is created in cryoSPARC with the jobs corresponding to the launched protocol(if you open the web, you can see it within the projects). Only the data of the Scipion protocols belonging to the cryosparc plugin is sent to cryoSPARC. From this data you can continue separately within CS.     Any other questions, please write us.  1. Is it possible to add some more plugins available in cryoSPARC into the SCIPION? 
 We are particularly  interested in 3D variability. 
   
 2. Is it possible to continue the project further in cryoSPARC separately? (probably not due to the different motion correction // CTF estimation protocols etc)?
