When this happens: WARNING!!_condaActivationCmd: CONDA_ACTIVATION_CMD variable not defined. Relying on conda being in the PATH Conda related installations are probably not going to work. Set the CONDA_ACTIVATION_CMD variable in scipion.conf file.
