Hi Ane-Pascale,

To be honest, I can't recognize this error.

The only thing that rings the bell is the last message 《Item
deepLearningToolkit-0.2[scipion-em-xmipp] already exists》 which is totally
weird.

Can you post here the returning message for the next commands: 'scipion3
python -m pip list', 'scipion3 installp --help' and 'scipion3 installb'.
